Players can begin claiming prizes at the new claims center in Wallingford on Friday, September 1st at 8:30AM 

The Connecticut Lottery Corporation’s new headquarters and claims center at 15 Sterling Drive in Wallingford will open to the public on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 8:30AM.

Players are encouraged to visit ctlottery.org/ClaimPrize for information on how to claim a prize at the new claims center and to use the street address when using GPS navigation to the new location. The claims center and visitor entrance is at the four way stop at the intersection of Enterprise and Sterling Drives. 

The new Wallingford claims center will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM, except state holidays.

All valid claims that reached their 180 calendar day expiration on August 22, 2023 through August 31, 2023 will be honored if presented in-person at the Wallingford claims center no later than September 29, 2023.

Prizes claimed by mail are processed in the order in which they are received. Any claims mailed to the former Rocky Hill address will be forwarded to the new Wallingford headquarters for processing.
